Problem installing app on new phones

Hi,
I keep on getting the following error when trying to accept an invite to the app on my new phone. It worked fine on my iPhone 13 and it works fine on another iPhone 16 pro. It we keep getting the following error

    Could you try to log into the app without being in the Home wifi but only using mobile data?

    If that doesn't work, try…

    • force closing the mobile app (Android/iOS).
    • having the latest version of the app available in the app store.
    • having the latest version of Operating System (Android/iOS) on your mobile device

  • Unfortunately non of these solutions have worked.
  • Could I just check that an invited user doesn’t need to to be a registered user of the app? They aren’t signing in, just trying to accept the invite.
