Stabilizing heat demand pattern for constant set temperature

I live in Scandinavia and often work from home, so I have a consistent heating demand throughout the day.

When looking at the temperature/heating graph view, it is clear that the heating demand (and temperature) follows a cyclic pattern with a period of 45min on average. I'd love to post an image but I don't think this forum allows it. This constant back-and-forth to sort of maintain temperature cause my smart actuators to expend their battery quite fast. Also this constant cycling uses more heating energy than if the system was better tuned to the room.

I've had Tado V3+ for over a year now and I am generally very happy with it (especially interfacing the API with an Arduino to control my underfloor heating, but that's a different story). But the internal software does not seem to optimize Pid settings (or whatever is used in the controlling algorithm) continuously, which seems like a wasted opportunity to save heat energy and extend battery life.

I'd like to request a developer revision of if such an improvement is possible and feasible.
