My hot water is now not showing in the app
Hi since reinstalling the app, can't see my hot water control.
I have been communicating with customer support but haven't had any instructions on how to sort it. All my rooms are showing on the app.
I've had this since 2019 and haven't changed anything in the house.
I'm having to go and move the valve to get hot water and then have to go and close it.
Help?

I'm still waiting to get this fixed seems everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. I’m now waiting for them to get back to me as I’ve given them the make and model of my Boiler
I renewed both valves also a new controller.
I’ve now been asked for the serial number of what I don’t know whether that’s my boiler or not waiting for a reply to find out which serial number they require.
I don’t know if it’s because we’re now not in the EU as when I first installed Tado the help was amazing. There was always someone at the end of the phone. No, you can’t talk to anyone even if you have an emergency like NO HOT WATER. It’s still the same you have to wait for them to answer by email.
I have found a workaround myself I leave the hot water valve open all the time, which means when the heating is on the hot water is on also I can’t work it separately. Hopefully, we'll get it sorted as soon as this. This has been going on since the 17th Nov 🥵🤞0 -
