How can I check the current time is set correctly?

I have a schedule that kicks in at 6am, but recently, even though the schedule seems to running (according to the app), at 6.30 the target temperature is still set for the pre-6am block. How can I check what time the system thinks it is, and reset it if needed?

    Hello MattGrylls,

tado° time is set automatically in the servers based on location/time of year. Our system thinks you are located in the UK near Bristol and should therefore be using local time from that area.

Have you activated Early Start or Preheat Before Arrival recently? Those 2 features can affect users' schedules unbeknownst to them.

Also, keep in mind that our servers have been acting up recently, causing delays in commands for some users.

  • @Emcee I see there is some acknowledgement there to an issue on your end with the servers. What is being done about it?

  • @Adzyp

We are working on it. It seems to be a small subset being affected now.

Can you make this information available through the proper Incident Update process so that we all get notification emails when things are back up and running normally? I know quite a few people are suffering and I for one have disabled my heating until I know the issue is solved to save excessive oil consumption.

    Thanks.

    Hello @TadoUser2

I know that doesn't fix anything, but I'm really sorry you and other community members are having to deal with this. The difficult thing is that, as far as I am aware, we don't have a comprehensive list of affected customers. We just know that our servers in Ireland are not working properly. I have created a 'mega thread' about the problem this morning. I will keep it updated as best I can.
