Why is still heating ? Temp set to 18°, (room at 18,7°)
This morning I have noticed that the thermostat was set at 18°, the room was at 18,7° and the boiler was still running.
The truth is that today is the coldest day in months.
Is it possible that TADO takes this in consideration to heat over what I want ?
Can I remove it in the case is this "feature" ?
Thankyou
Gus

I have this every single morning during the main heat up of the day. Set to 20, doesn't stop until 21 on the dot regardless of the day/weather. Every cycle from then on is normal. I don't mind it and it's probably more efficient because the boiler will be modulating for me after running for so long in the morning - but it is still odd behaviour and it adds to the other illogical behaviour I get with Tado giving me less confidence in the system.

Agreed, this happens to me all the time. I would much prefer the system does as it's told and stopped trying to be clever. If I set my thermostat to 18 degrees, it's because I want the room to heat to 18 degrees, not 17, not 19.
I agree, if this is some sort of clever AI, please allow us to turn it off via an app setting. The setting could be labelled as 'Normal' or 'Intelligent' for example. That way, if a user's system doesn't work well on the "Intelligent" setting, it can be set to "Normal".

I have noticed about it today, perhaps because it's the coldest day since last winter.
I usually set to 17/18° the living room at night, but this morning when I entered I noticed it was warmer that usual, the boiler was still running at 18,7°Gus
