Configurable "How many degrees to change"-setting for X devices

Especially for X, it is a pain for non-technical users to use the device manually, especially to turn it on and off. This has changed since V3, as X seems to require much more movement on the device

I would therefore like to be able to configure a "How many degrees to change"-delta value for my household. It should be expressed in 1/10 degrees, e.g. 2.0, 1.0, 0.1
