Tado Air Comfort Settings – are they customisable?

I am fed up with my Tado thermostat app telling me my living room is too cold and too humid. It's not. It's 18.2 celsius and the humidity is 52%. This is absolutely comfortable for me. I live in London in a building built in 1760. Yet Tado 'Air Comfort' tells me I'm too cold/too humid.

Why can't this be made customisable?

    Same here, I live in a solid stone house built in 1826 (2 century party coming up, that doesn’t involve cricket) with calcium cement (to allow the walls to breathe), my temperatures and humidity are very similar.

    Hi, Tado Admin, I don't know what's an 'upvote'. I'd just like some common sense applied, please, and give your clients a degree of control. C'mon, the Tado team can do it….
