Good Morning, i have a problem to install the termistatic valve tado v3+ on my heater (look in photo). The adapter inside the box doesn't work.

    I don't know what model it is exactly, but with some adapters, you also need to attach an adapter to the valve itself (the cylindrical part that you press to open or close the water flow). Check that this is not your case.
