Wireless Temperature Sensor X won't connect

Hello Tado community,
I recently bought the Tado X Wireless Set and one radiator thermostat.
Adding the Wireless receiver and radiator thermostat was smooth, but having an absolute nightmare to add the Wireless Temperature Sensor.
Entire network set at 2.4GHz with no mesh, Receiver showing two dots on WiFi. The two connected devices talk to each other and the app soundly.
When I try to add the Wireless thermostat, it looks all well, device discovered, "Getting Matter credentials...", "connecting to local wifi", and then it comes with an error: Can't connect to thread network, try again.
I followed all steps Tado recommends, reboot, even reset devices and start from scratch with different setting of my home network, but still no joy.
When trying to add device, I'm within 2 meters from Wifi router and Tado receiver, no dedicated Bridge in the system.
Anyone encountered similar issue and managed to resolve?
Thanks

I have exactly the same issue. Have tried everything, different phone etc.
Saw this thread also but no proper resolution.

@beehurricanemakemake @TheDavid Hello. The best option would be to reach out to Tado support guys, from the chat function on the main Tado web site.
