why does my Tado ignore my schedule

for some unexplained reason our TADO keeps ignoring the existing schedule and decides we only want/need 7 degrees.
Any ideas?

    @Davkin Hello. Have you set yourself to 'away' and it's using the the away schedule?

    @Davkin If Tado is setting you 'away', you can check the Geo-location settings in the App. Some thoughts …

    Which devices do you have set to act as 'away'? There are recommended settings and help/advice in the App.

    The default home area is 470 metre. From a previous life in mobile networks … the device location measurement is dependent on radio frequency/power, tower triangulation, and/or weak GPS. All of these can give unexpected location results in not-spots, and/or indoors for some homes, and/or some mobile operators.

    The default settings also use home-wifi detection. The detection here spots all of the Router bands, wifi extenders, and the home EV charger too!. A weak wifi, often from co-channel interference caused by next door wifi on the same channel, is another possibility to check for.

    If device geo-location is causing Tado to think you are 'away', I'd suggest (a) increasing the home area, (b) turning off the home wifi detection, (c) turning off geo-location one device at a time.

    thanks again for such a comprehensive reply. It is much appreciated.

    We have a relatively simple set up of Wireless receiver + internet bridge + Wireless Temperature Sensor (in the main living room).
