@Kaizer316 Hello. Sorry for this. The Tado App now requires iOS 16.4 or Android 9. The change will affect older Apple devices, e.g iPhone 7, that are stuck on iOS 15.8.3.
Apple have some great products, but can be one of the most unhelpful vendors with their OS release and support policies. Unfortunately, I suspect that we are caught in the security conundrum for application vendors supporting their products on the fully supported OS versions; typically N-1 OS releases. For the home automation apps we use a cheap, fully supported, iPad 9th version and iOS 18.

MyTado App has frozen for 3 days now on my iPad 7. It's worked perfectly well without a hitch until February this year.

@Rae Hello. The iPad Gen 7, from about 2019, should be compatible with the latest iPadOS18.3.

I have exactly the same problem, app on iPhone just doesn't let me sign in anymore, just spins, so annoying. I have been with tado a while now and this is the first time this has happened. I have tried everything, deleting the app, re-installing, turning off wifi and using mobile data, updates, and still nothing works. My iOS version is 18.3.1.. so I'm already updated above the required 16.4.
I contacted tado Support few days ago, and they said they were looking into it, but I'm yet to hear anything back. I'm all out of ideas.. can anyone help?

Any updates on this?
Opened app - it asked me to login - chose a phone user again (it warned me that the existing on would be logged out) - it loaded to main screen - then logged out. Now when I try to login, I just get the spinning wheel0 -
Hello everyone,
There are 2 issues at play here.
First, as @wateroakley correctly pointed out, your iOS version might be preventing you from using the app.
If you have iOS 16.4 and up, you may have been affected by a bug that was fixed this morning. Close the app, and open it again; that should do the trick.0
