Stop account leakage from the community

Currently it is possible to retrieve intelligence on the existence of community accounts by entering e-mail-addresses at login. This is especially bad, because many might be using the same e-mail for their personal tado account.

This is highly advised against by several security guidelines, including NIST and ISO.
