I completely agree. I’ve just come from ancient nest V2 (which is being phased out soon) The tado x sensor display is all but useless as it never comes on unless you physically press its buttons. I may as well move it somewhere out of sight (it’s on a stand).
I assume it’s done this way to extend the sensor (thermostat in my mind) battery life? Also to reduce its internal self heating? I guess I’ll get used to it and a long battery life is quite important to me. Peter0 -
