Hi Tado Support/Team,
Anyone home? Many of us have been waiting far too long for confirmation on whether a basic feature is on your roadmap, yet I’m still left without a clear answer. Companies that fail to prioritize customer success and transparency are impossible to work with, and frankly, I’m not willing to invest any more into Tado until this is sorted.

Shame. I was going to buy one for my ma’s house so I can manage her heating for her.
Now I’ll have to throw my tado away cancel my subscriptions and get a platform that has active development.

I too will need multi-home support as I'm thinking of installing Tado in my second home in France. For the time being I'll use a workaround using Private Space under Android 15 to create a separate instance of the app with a separate login.
It does seem crazy though that multi-home isn't available straight off, especially as Tado are (IMV reasonably) looking to monetise usage of their app to support their online operations/app development and I certainly would be prepared to pay a small amount (eg £1 or €1 pm) for this enhanced feature. It's a tiny amount compared with the savings and convenience of using Tado. (But I realise not everyone will agree with that!) But with such a subscription I would also expect Tado to listen to its user base.

Multi home support is on the roadmap since 2017. I've contacted Tado about it multiple times since then and it would be introduced "soon".
Since then, some minor updates to the app. It's now possible to add multiple thermostats to control multiple heating devices. This could be a workaround for like apartment buildings (which are on the sort-of same location). However, it's not possible to restrict users to specific rooms, and in an apartment building you don't want to let users control someone else's roam.
So still best option: individual account for each apartment/house.
I'm a long time Tado-user. I've been recommending Tado to others. But I'm not sure about Tado's future.
They have been introducing subscriptions for features which were free in the past. But for me, the app and functionality feels the same as when I've started with Tado.
Still waiting on multi home support. 8 years later.0
