Support for multiple tado installations linked to 1 account
Please can we have proper support to enable management and control of multiple tado installations via the one account/email I stay at several locations and manage others as a landlord. When email notifications arrive they do not indicated which home they are for. Logging in/out of multiple accounts is awkward when you want…

iOS 16.3 HomePod Temperature Sensor
With iOS 16.3 HomePods can now relay temperature and humidity data to HomeKit. I’ve had trouble with the room heat being cold on one side, and the tado valve is near radiator… I’m using the HomePod for offsetting the room temperature, could this be automatic ?

App should be able to shutoff manual settings of starterkit
For the use of Tado (starterkit) in rooms which cannot be accessed by you in person, such as; guestrooms, B&B, kids bedroom, other privacy sensitive situations, etc., it would be welcomed if the app can shut off the ability to change the roomtemperature manuallly. EG. We have a B&B and we have programmed the temperature…

Improve the temperature differential by applying a feedback loop
Every house is different. Boilers and plumbing is different. This leads to the temperature rising gradient being specific to each installation. So far so good? Now we often find a situation where a tado rad stat or room stat is set for, say, 18 degrees cent, but one later finds that the actual temperature is higher. It…

Target temperature in graphs
Hi Really like the graphs of the heating profile throughout the day for each ‘zone’. However it would be great to see the target temperature (in a red line) on those profiles.

Color of tiles
The color of the tiles is now fixed at blue/green till 18 deg and orange/red from 19 degrees. We never set the temperature above 18,5 and therefore the colors are always blue/green. It would be nice to be able to set other limits. Having different limit for bedroom and living room would also be nice.

Hide Tiles
On the homescreen there are tiles that I never use and would like to hide. It would be nice to be able to hide the following tiles: auto-assist, air comfort, energy IQ, Care & Protect.

Tado to start replying back
My idea is for Tado to start replying back to the community. I am seeing posts from YEARS ago ignored. It's time for this idea to be the top one in the company and Tado to listen to it's loyal customer base.

Warn about two day instruction wait time with compatibility check
I've just had to change my boiler, and I followed all the Tado advice about asking for a compatibility check. I thought all was good. The boiler installer engineer was here getting towards completion. I went to the Tado app to change the boiler. Found the boiler… and it said something like "Please wait for up to 2 days for…

Valve moving when out of heating season
It's usual that the long pressed valve needles are stuck. If the valves move them on a setupable time period (daily, weekly, etc) this should be avoidable.

Better collaboration with Air Source heating system
I have an air source heating system in my home and the projected forecast costs are not reflected well at all with the app. I input my energy usage each month and never get anywhere close accurate costing suggestions. The data input screens are clearly for gas/oil systems, and not designed for Air Source systems. Our Tado°…

Manually switching off individual rooms
Sometimes it is easy to switch off one room, for example the one that is still cold in the morning but is heated by the sun while nobody is there. The only way to do this is to turn the temperature down, or first switch off all the rooms and then switch some of them back on.

Temporary extend current schedule
Time to time I get into the situation when I know I will work a bit longer in my work room. Currently I can do two things to extend the heating, 1) wait until the switch and then set to the same temperature as before with a (optional) time limit 2) set the temperature +/-0.5C before the schedule switching off with…

Self installation
We have chosen to have our Tado wireless thermostat installed professionally. The pro told us Tado as a product is fab but he says it should not be classed as self installation because once you take off the boiler cover you have broken safety regulations and would need it to be assessed by a professional afterwards.

Improve Care&Protect boiler fault detection
The problem i encounter is easy to explain. If for example my TADO is programmed to turn my boiler on (be it automatically or manually), and for whatever reason the boiler is either Off or the mains is down, TADO doesn’t inform that the boiler isn’t on. In this second report I have sent, the boiler was resetting itself due…
