Smart Thermostat (v3) not firing boiler (was working previously)
Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help. Firstly, I should say I am a long time user of Tado with everthing working correctly until today (I chose to resume all schedules last night where previously it was set to OFF) - so have only noticed this today I should say. I've had a very odd experience in that the heating is not…

Need online support from a Tado expert for my installation
I have moved into a house from 2001 with underfloor heating and old thermostats. They were controlling the actuators of each zone of the underfloor heating. These thermostats have been replaced by tado wired v3+ But they do not seem to work/ no movement of the actuators. I am looking for a tado savvy / expert I can pay for…

New installation; radiators don't work but hot water doees
Hello I have had a completely new plumbing done and tado installed across the house. The system was checked and both hot water and radiators were working. One day later, central heating has stopped working. Tado app shows that the system is all connected, it fires the boiler correctly to start central heating but the…

Homey can't reach Tado, strange errors and faults
Hi, there! Been an avid user of Tado and Homey in combination and it has worked as charm but now I can't reach my Tado on three different occasions: 1) I can't reach the Tado app using Wi-Fi but I'm able to reach it using cellular - it's frustrating. 2) I can't control my Tado thermostats through Homey as it gives me an…

Taco V3+ internet bridge, USB connection loose
Hi I have had the Tado v3+ for just over 2 years. Unfortunately it seems to the USB power source connection is now loosening and regularly disconnecting. I have to keep the wire and bridge in a certain position to reconnect. Have others noticed this to be an issue after a while as well? Does this usually mean it will stop…

Struggling to understand Tado's heating logic
Hey all! I installed my 2 wired Tado V3+ thermostats last week and it's been a bit of a mixed experience so far. I initially had to go to support because one stat was turning the boiler on and off like crazy and pushing latest configs seemed to fix it. It's been better since then but it's still being a bit weird and I'm…

After 4 visits from an installer, Tado still doesn't work
I have been building a holiday cottage in Northern Finland. Construction has recently been completely, and we temporarily moved in here. We've had our underfloor heating system professionally installed, but a year later we have not been able to get the Tado thermostats to work. Even after inviting the installers back over…

Home Assistant sync with Tado app delayed
I installed the Tado integration into my Home Assistant platform and it works quite well. One single problem: when I set my Tado thermovalves from HomeAssistant, the Tado app will update immediately, fine. But when I set the same Tado thermovalves from the Tado app, HomeAssistant will update after a few minutes, probably 5…

Help bridging a wired thermostat
I have been using Tado with a wired thermostat and the wireless receiver for a while. Yesterday, I got myself TRVs and installed them, but when they call for heat, the boiler doesn’t fire up. I have been looking at other threads, and from what I can see, I need to bridge the wired thermostat so that the receiver takes…

Major concerns around the reliability of Smart Radiator Thermostat
I purchased a set of smart radiator thermostats last year with the aim of efficiently controlling room temperatures and reducing energy consumption in unused areas. Unfortunately, the devices have not performed as expected. Rather than saving energy, the thermostats frequently turn on by themselves, disconnect from the…
