Add V2 to V3+ System?
Hi, I searched but couldn't find an answer. I have a V3+ system and have an opportunity to add a V2 thermostat which I intend to act as a temperature sensor for a room which already has a smart rad valve. Can anyone tell me if this is compatible? My feeling is that it will be but can't find a specific answer. If it is,…

Can I put Tado radiator thermostats on all my radiators?
Hi. Can I put radiator thermostats on all my radiators and then control the boiler from them individually or do I still need a wall mounted Tado stat? I have 3 zones with motorised valves with Tado wall stats controlling them. I also have 3 Tado radiator valves with in these zones.

Will this work: temperature sensor in combination with a thermostic radiator value...
I have my house all set up with tado radiator controls, except in the bathroom, where we have a fixed thermostatic control included in the radiator. Thus I can not replace it. Can I instead use the temperature sensor to sometimes only heat this room? I would then set the built in radiator control to slightly above above…

Is Tado Still Subscription Based?
Hi, I almost bought a number of devices for underfloor heating zones but then saw reviews on Amazon mentioning the need for a subscription for geofencing etc. Is a subscription still necessary for automation features? If not, could it be added later? Thanks

Tado broke my boiler?
Is there a possibility that Tado broke my boiler (a Thermomaster 3hr)? I installed the Tado setup with a few TRV's and a wired tado thermostat this summer. The thermostat required 2 wires to be connected from the wall. So tonight we fired up our setup for the first time and it worked well for about an hour, until suddenly…

Greenstar A21 error code
In the last week my boiler has not been supplying heat. Auto switch on when connection lost
It appears that when a connection is lost to a zone (say dead battery) or even the internet goes down, the whole system boots up and starts trying to heat the house with no way to stop it. Annoyingly that means the zone that has dropped starts heating and all the radiators that don’t have Tado. Frustratingly this has…

Smart TRV constantly opening and closing even when heating is set to off
I'm having a problem with my smart TRVs, they're constantly opening and then within a few seconds, closing again. This happens when they're set to heating and happens when the heat has and hasn't been reached yet and also happens when the heating is turned off. It's obviously concerning for a number of reasons. I don't…

eBUS + Extension Kit = no power?
After installing Extension Kit and plugging it via eBUS to my boiler (Glow Worm Ultimate3 30c), the Extension Kit doesn’t want to power on. Is Tado fully compatible with Vivax ACs?
With "compatible", I mean can Tado know if the AC temperature was changed with the original remote from the AC - does it have feedback? What should be the jumper position in the extension kit for the opentherm option? The power supply is given separately to the "L" & "N" contacts in the extension kit, the opentherm cables to "+" and "-". I am left only with the question of the jumper. Should it be position 1 or 2 like in the relay version?
